Hi, I keep experiencing this message after I open my IQ Connection Manager for about 24 hours OR during the weekend when I leave the application open. Is there anything I could do to avoid this error?

This is most likely being caused by one of 2 scenarios.

1) Bad data being sent from the server.

2) Unable to reconnect to the server after a disconnect.

These are the only 2 known cases that send IQFeed.

Is it possible for you to PM me (or email support) with some information about how you are using IQFeed?

What software are you using (this is posted in the DTN.IQ forum, are you only using DTNIQ or are you using something else in addition)?
How many symbols are you watching?
If it is in the watchlist app, can you email support with the .wat watchlist file?
Are you loooking at charts as well?
Time and Sales?
Level 2?

Any extra information you can provide will help in tracking this down.

Can you confirm which email address you sent it to?

I am not finding an email in the system from the address you have registered on the forums.
