This is for Qcollector. I noticed that sometimes the seconds time stamps for trade ticks become available in the timed update real time data collection later on in the day, although there is none in the beginning of the collection. How can I consistently get the seconds time stamps?

Are the seconds time stamps going to be available on the historical tick data too? if not, when will it be available?

We are still working out a few issues on our new servers, so the second resolution is only available on one set of servers. What you are seeing is "luck of the draw" when you login. Sometimes you get the new serves, sometimes not. If you contact customer support directly via phone or RT chat, they can give you instructions on modifying your host file to force connections to the new servers only (or old ones if that is what you want).
