If you see the error "Failed to open document" and/or "The parameter is incorrect" when attempting to open or save a watchlist, it is caused by the +GMT time zone setting on your PC.

Double click on your Windows Clock to open up the Time Zone settings.
Under the Time Zone tab, you will need to set the time zone to a -GMT time.
Set this to a US time zone, and at the bottom, uncheck the box for "automatically update for daylight savings time".
Click Apply at the bottom.
Click on the Date and Time tab and set the time to your correct local time.
Click Apply, and then Okay.
Go ahead and open your watchlist now.
