Problem: Your chart is not updating and/or backfilling.
Close your DTN IQ or third-party software, log back in. If this does not correct, clear all data/all bars on the chart. Then go ahead and reload data/backfill the chart.
If the chart updates but does not backfill, please ensure the IQ Feed is set as your backfill/historical data source.
If the above steps do not correct the problem, it may be due to a bad software installation, a firewall issue, or a problem with the data. Please contact IQ Feed support at 1-800-763-9959 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your login ID or account number.
