"I would just like to say that IQFeed version 4 is running very well and I am very happy with its performance. I would also like to extend a big thanks for the fast and efficient help that I always receive. My questions and concerns are always addressed promptly. Way to go!" - Comment from Josh in CO.
"My broker in Davenport suggested I give you a try as he uses your service and says its the best." - Comment from Bill via RT Chat
"IQ feed works very well, does not have all of the normal interruptions I have grown used to on *******" - Comment from Mark
"I am a hedge fund manager here. It’s funny, I have a Bloomberg terminal and a Bridge feed, but I still like having my DTN feed!" - Comment from Feras
"I use IQ Feed, Great stuff as far as data analysis information, storage and retrieval is concerned." - Comment from Public Forum
"This is an excellent value, the system is generous (allowing for 500 stocks) and stable (and really is tick-by-tick), and the support is fantastic." - Comment from Shirin via Email
"I have been using IQFeed now for a few years in MultiCharts and I have zero complaints. Very, very rare to have any data hiccups or anything at all go wrong." - Comment from Public Forum
"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"You are either overstaffed or people just don't have problems with your feed because customer support always answers the phone quickly." - Comment from Jay via Email
"Just a quick one to say I'm very impressed so far :) The documentation for developers is excellent and I've quickly managed to get an app written to do historical downloads. The system is very robust and pretty quick considering the extent of data that's available. The support guys have been very helpful too, in combination with the forums it's been plain sailing so far!" - Comment from Adam

This message only effects DTN Satellite customers receiving data via Channel A (Non-Velocity). This includes the DTN Spectrum, DTN First Rate and DTN Real-Time services. If your Satellite receiver shows Channel E on it, you are not effected by this notice. We are
removing all Financial futures and currencies data from Channel A because the high volume of these contracts may affect the timely delivery of other quotes, weather and news information. By moving to Channel E (Velocity), you will receive data on a 1.5 MB satellite channel that has the capacity to broadcast this data unfiltered.

Attention DTN Financial Futures Users:

At DTN, we are committed to providing our customers with the most current and useful
information to help you make better trades. Because of this commitment,
we are making some significant changes to our services in the coming weeks.

In order to improve the timeliness of our data to all customers, DTN will be
removing streaming financial futures data from our slower "Channel A" satellite
feed effective September 18, 2004. Subscribers will continue to receive
tick-by-tick agriculture commodity and index quotes as well as snapshot delayed
equities data. We will also provide updates to financial futures and currency
quotes 4 times per day.

Should you wish to continue to receive detailed financial futures and currencies
data, DTN is pleased to offer three options:

1. Upgrade your subscription to our Spectrum Velocity Satellite Service. This
option will provide you identical service to what you receive now, with the
advantage of receiving data through our higher speed velocity channel. We
will need to change your receiver and satellite dish in order to receive this
service.
2. Upgrade your subscription to our DTN Real Time Satellite Service. This options
will provide you the same information you receive now, plus the ability to
receive Real-Time stocks, futures and options data. We will need to change your
receiver and satellite dish to our D8x platform and you will need a computer
with compatible software to read the datafeed. Our DTN.IQ for Satellite software
is included with this service.
3. Switch to our Internet based DTN.IQ or IQFeed services (www.dtniq.com or
www.iqfeed.net)

To learn more about any of these options, please contact our customer support
group at 800-475-4755. You can also email investor@dtn.com or visit www.iqfeed.net
and click on Live Support or Live Sales to chat with us online.

With these changes, you can be assured to continue receiving timely information on the
data you need most.

Sincerely

Jay Froscheiser
