Hi,
Once again, we have problems with the historical data. On this occasion, the problem is in all EUREX futures: BLZ8, BDZ8, SWZ8, XGZ8, and EXZ8.
It seems that there are bad ticks and missing data from yesterday (10:45-11:00). That is, the same problem that weeks/months ago was repeated in MT.
Please fix it as soon as possible, it is very urgent.
Regards.

Hello Sersan, you are correct in the missing data for the EUREX symbols, we had an issue on the 148.xxx servers that cause us to lose data for this time frame. On the 156.xxx servers the data is there. We are working on getting this data back onto the 148.xxx servers for the EUREX.

Hello Sersan, the easiest way to connect to the 156.xxx servers is to log out completely of IQFeed, then log back in. To know if you are connected to the 156.xxx servers open the IQ Connection Manager from the system tray in the lower right corner of your computer and see what the IP address shows. If you are hitting 66.112.148.xxx then try it again. If you keep hitting the 148.xxx servers then you may need to do a full reboot of your computer and try again.

We are having some issues with a telco line into one of the data centers. This morning we switched the affected datacenter to read from our fully operational lines while engineers work with the telco provider. Eurex data on all datacenters should no longer see any delays.
