On Monday morning, I was not receiving any bids or trades just prior to the NASDAQ open. After checking everything (PC, Internet connection, etc) I contacted support and was informed that they were experiencing a problem. The problem was fixed prior to the market open.
It would be very useful to have a data feed status page on the web site that highlights any known problems and eta's for the fix. This would reduce the IQFeed support load and provide useful information to customers.
Since I am in a very different time zone, a status page would help me diagnose problems that occured overnight (during normal NASDAQ trading).

You can use the status page of DTN.IQ to get what you need. Keep in mind though that if the problem is short lived (in this case it was corrected within a few minutes of us being informed), it may be corrected before we can get a message posted. In either case, this is a good spot to look before calling. http://www.dtniq.com/product/motd/ Jay Froscheiser DTN Market Access, LLC.
