I am currently running 2 Windows Vista PC's that are having problems staying connected to ProphetX. This started happening Thursday afternoon. Is anyone else experiencing a problem like this?

Good morning!

We are sorry to hear you are having problems. We have not experienced any global issues of this nature recently, but we may still be able to help. Do you get any error messages at all at the time of the disconnect? Exceeded User Limit would be an example. If there is a message of any kind we can probably help.

If when the dissconnect happens, your quotes just stall and eventually you get lines through your quotes, followed by a reconnect in about 30 seconds from the dissconnect. Then that sounds like your connection timed out to our servers. In that circumstance, we would suggest contacting your ISP to determine if there are any factors affecting your connection. If your ISP has any questions for us we would certainly be willing to join a conference call with them and yourself.
