boze man -Interested User- Posts: 37 Joined: Oct 25, 2012	Posted: Sep 13, 2013 08:50 AM Msg. 1 of 3 been having this problem since yday evening... since having this problem thought i would do a fresh install of sierra this morning...was able to download minute data for multiple symbols...charted them and they looked fine then switched setting to try to download tick data set max limit to 5days so as to limit the amount of data downloaded i am unable to download historical tick data and my chart just displays the tick data collected going forward in time... is there an issue with my acct at iqfeed downloading tick data? i have been using iqfeed/sierra for over a year now and never had this problem using or downloading tick data have sent a message to sierra support as well thanks
DTN_LorenF -DTN Technical Support- Posts: 228 Joined: May 11, 2004	Posted: Sep 13, 2013 02:16 PM Msg. 2 of 3 Boze man the Sierra Chart settings can be changed by right clicking on the chart, go to chart settings. You have the days to load as a option and make sure the par period is set to secs per bar.
