CME Group:
• Globex Fees
o Real Time CME Globex End User Fee is increasing from $45.50 to $91*
o Real Time CBOT Globex End User Fee is increasing from $45.50 to $91*
o Real Time NYMEX Globex End User Fee is increasing from $45.50 to $91*
o Real Time COMEX Globex End User Fee is increasing from $45.50 to $91*
*Note: The Globex waivers for Professional Users will be discontinued starting January 1, 2016. All grandfathered Globex customers will now receive full CME Group exchange data. The Non-Pro globex packages ($1-15/mo) are unchanged.

• DME (Dubai Mercantile Exchange)
o Note: DTN will no longer carry this exchange effective January 1, 2016. Telvent DTN will notify customers receiving this data.
• CME S&P Indices
o End User Fees (per month):
? Real Time CME S&P Indices End User Fee is increasing from $5.50 to $6.50
? Delayed CME S&P Indices End User Fee is increasing from $5 to $5.50

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE):
• End User Fees(per month):
o Real Time ICE Futures US End User Fee increasing from $101 to $116
o Real Time ICE Futures Europe – Commodities End User Fee is increasing from $101 to $116
o Real Time ICE Futures Europe – Financials End User Fee is increasing from $101 to $116
o Real Time ICE Endex End User Fee is increasing from $101 to $116

Market Data Express (CBOE Indexes):
• End User Fees(per month):
o Real Time CBOE Indexes End User Fee increasing from $6 to $7

Nasdaq Indexes (GIDS):
• End User Fees(per month):
o Real Time Nasdaq Indexes End User Fee increasing from $5 to $8

Euronext:
• End User Fees(per month):
o Real Time Professional Euronext Equity & Index End User Fee is increasing from $53 to $56
o Real Time Euronext Commodities End User Fee is increasing from $27 to $29
o Real Time Professional Euronext All Indices End User Fee is increasing from $20 to $25

London Metals Exchange (LME):
• End User Fees(per month):
o Real Time LME End User Fee is increasing from $96 to $104
o Delayed LME End User Fee is increasing from $30 to $32

South African Futures Exchange (SAFEX):
• End User Fees(per month):
o SAFEX Professional End User Fee is increasing from $22 to $23
o SAFEX Non-Professional End User Fee is increasing from $22 to $23

Deutsche Börse:
• End User Fees(per month):
o Eurex Level 1 Professional End User Fee is increasing from $57 to $59
o Eurex Level 2 Professional End User Fee is increasing from $75 to $78
o Deutsche Börse Indices Professional End User Fee is increasing from $15 to $16
