(to be scheduled and automated) Maintain a current list of available Listed Markets, Security Types, SIC codes, NAICS codes, & Dynamic Fieldsets to easily modify what data is downloaded and for what data set. Track what symbols get added/removed. Upload the data directly into a MSSQL database. Those are the basics

Someone else in the forums has some C# libraries. I don't know what else is out there. Do you need specific development environment, or do you just need an application rather than an API?

I have experience with everything you listed. If you have Matlab then you'd be able to use/adapt/maintain the code by yourself. If you don't have Matlab, the program could be compiled as a standalone executable. Contact me to discuss further, if you're interested.
