Tommy8086 -Interested User- Posts: 3 Joined: May 25, 2005	Posted: Jun 29, 2005 05:19 PM Msg. 1 of 3 I noticed that while watching the symbol INDU.X, it becomes delayed or stale. It becomes out of sync with other services, like Yahoo! Finance or CNBC. I have to resend the watch request to get the latest quote. The same application I created watches the Nasdaq COMPX.X and the S&P 500 SPX.XO, but these do not have the problem. These indexes stay up to date. I'm using IQFeed developer 2.3.0.5. You should be able to reproduce the problem by just watching this quote INDU.X for a couple of hours without restarting.

I have a test system setup where I watch 2 symbols. INDU.X and @ES# only. This is using the QuoteTracker 3rd party software with IQFeed. I have had this setup since 2.3.0.3 and the only time I every log off/shut down/rewatch is when I install an updated IQFeed. I have never seen this happen. Since it seems to happen often for you, can you run with debug and send the log to developer support the next time you see this happen? Jay Froscheiser DTN - Trading Markets
