Please be advised we will be changing the roll rules for the following symbols. They will now match the new roll rules for the @ES# contracts.

@NQ#
@EMD#
@RTY#
@YM#

This will also include the Micros for the above symbols.

Please keep in mind this affects the # (Continuous Contracts) and the #C (Continuous/Back-adjusted Contracts)

The roll rules for these contracts prior to the next roll which is currently scheduled for 9/7/22 and will be moving to 9/9/22.

Yes unfortunately once it's left the 180 day window that we store tick data it is gone.

We suspect the issue originated at the CME.

We can see what you are referring to. Unfortunately we cannot determine why this happened since it is too long ago to find the recorded exchange messages. The most likely explanation was that the exchange sent these asks.

If you have a more recent example we would look into this further.

Keep in mind it's pre-market hours so you will need to verify that you have your sessions times set to catch pre-market hour data in Optuma. Most 3rd party softwares have a setting for session times.

In IQ Feed Time and Sales and Charts you will need to check the box in settings "Emable Extended Trades" to receive pre and post market data.

You have the correct exchanges to receve intrad data on these symbols.

Regards to authorizations on exchanges, even if you do not have real time US Equities you would still get 10 minute delayed equities and not get any intraday data.

If this happens against I suggest you go to your desktop and locate IQ Feed Applications and locate Time and Sales or Charts and open one of these applications and enter the symbol you are having issues with to test.

You can alter what type of data you receive under settings.

This will not affect Optuma at all; however will verify you are getting the correct data through the IQ Feed application.

If it continues to be a problem after this test you may need to contact their support for assistance in their plalform.
