IQFeed Developer Support » QQQ Option Chains Jun 25, 2004 11:46 AM (Total replies: 4)

Quote: However I am ruling out the possibility that all the symbols are not being returned.

Did you mean to say that you are not ruling out this possibility?

IQFeed Developer Support » QQQ Option Chains Jun 22, 2004 01:01 PM (Total replies: 4)

I have two issues related to acquiring option chains for QQQ, with a command such as:
OEC,QQQ,0,0; via the TCP interface to port 9100.

1) The number of put or call options is artificially limited to 255, when there are more available.
2) The "nears" option (which I assume narrows down the returned symbols to those whose strike prices are near the current equity price) does not appear to do anything.

Thanks for clarifying these two issues for me.

Ryan
