Hello,
I have found a case, where when you are permissioned for delayed data, instead of real time, you can get this error. We are doing research to understand this bug's full effect and if it will indeed explain the inconsistencies you ran across. We will let you know the results of that research when it completes.

I would have to spend a little time to get the actual request (going through an api), but the two symbols are QNC# and QCL#. The symbols are the only symbols I am using that begin with "Q".Other continuous symbols (that begin with @), ETFs, etc do not return the error. Let me know if you need anything else and if you need the request I will track that down by tomorrow morning.
