Hi, I think that the derivative data connection is not respecting the ports settings in Registry when it is spawning underlying connections to the history port and the Level1 data port. Can someone confirm this? Moreover, I would like to know how does the derivative data connection filter out bad ticks? Can someone disclose the maths here? Thanks.

Hello again :), Just talked to tech support and everything is working now. I really love the quality of the customer service. For anyone who is hitting the same problem. It turns out that, IQFeed is using same port with logitech GHub. Close it and it is working.

Hello, I have just subscribed to the service and all charts are not displaying any data. I understand that the US Stock market is close at the moment when I am performing the test but should I be getting any backfilling data? I have attached a screenshot. Any suggestions? Thanks. |
