atvi got changed to atvid. however the data exists only till 9/7/2008 dmy
google finance shows data for atvid till current.

Hello we do show that ATVI last traded on the 07/09/2008, and that ATVID is currently traded as of yesterday 07/23/08. Were you looking to have this data merged into the new symbol?

kinda strange. as i see it today. however, i would love if the data is merged as the symbol has changed.

Hello I have gone ahead and reported to our Market data team to look into why it was not merged into the new symbol and have it corrected.

Hello junkone, ATVID has now been merged with the ATVI data now. So you should be able to go farther back than the 07/09/08 on ATVID.
