12/27/10 Minutes 4:57, 4:58, 5:20 missing all data.

Please advise regarding both cause and expected time of data backfill.

I see @ES# tick and minute data for all three periods you mentioned. Are you still seeing no data?

Ah, I see, your software is adjusting the time, the gaps start at 3:55 and 4:19 EST. We will be adding the missing data this morning.

After examining the suspect times and comparing against other data vendors it appears that there is no missing data. Other vendors show the same "gaps" in trades, though bids and asks were still being received.

Uh-Huh.

Those 'other data vendors' are also owned by the wrong crowd (just like Telvent).

Sad to see your co. joining the cronies, Mr. "de la Chaumette".
