Tim,

Today I had brief disconnect(twice around 2PM). If it helps, bellow logs from yesterday issue where it was completely disconnected. i.e. no quotes from 14.20.....nothing happened until 16.08 but logs are bit misleading as it says again disconnected...then connection reset.

I experienced couple of disconnects around 11AM to 11.10AM and it completely disconnected at 2.14PM...any reasons....?

Hi,
I am just warming to API access. I am trying to get historical data for indices such INDU.X and others such as SP400 and SP600. I am unable to get the same.

Thru lookup for INDU.X, I get following......

Data Points Per Send:
E,Unauthorized user ID.,

Any help...much appreciated.
