I understand, and you are right. I will compile my product ID into the application and let the users enter their own login and password for market data feed. Since I don't have a second login, I wanted to make sure that my application will work for different users. Thank you.

Thank you for the quick response. I removed the ID but when I start the IQConnect.exe I get a message saying 'Awaiting product ID and version'. Do I need to do something else? Thank you.

Hi, Is it possible to start the IQConnect.exe with a product ID that I got for my API but with the different user of the iqfeed? What I want to do is develop an application that will automatically start the IQFeed using the API and then let other people, subscribers only to the market data, to use it. Thank you, Adrian |
