From the IQfeed documentation it's not clear what actions are supposed to be taken on Level II quotes with non-regular condition and/or reason code = Deleted, Halted, No Active Market Maker. Removing price level/Market Maker from LII book?

I am trying to utilize market data from IQFeed server using COM interface and VB.
My VB quote driver subscribes for 20 active stocks and works fine for ~ 2-3 market hours, then the driver along with IQConnect.exe become "frozen".
Can you please help me with this? [test codes are available]

WE ARE USING DTN IQFEED COM OBJECT TO ACCESS MARKET DATA FOR OUR VB CLIENT.
WE EXPERIENCE DROPPED CONNECTIONS WITHING 1 -2 MINUTE OF CONNECTION
WE RECEIEVE ABOUT COUPLE OF MINUTES OF DATA BEFORE THE CRASH
THE COM OBJECT DIES
HOW DO WE DEBUG THIS ISSUE?
WHAT'S THE PROPER RECOVERY PROCEDURE?
