I have authorized access to AMEX and have no problem with other AMEX symbols such as EWT, SPY, etc. But with IWM, I can not get real time data stream on QuoteTracker or Qcollector for DTN. There is a flag in Qcollector indicating IWM has 20-min data delay.

Interesting, if I use manual update or refill on IWM (for both QT and Qcol ), I can get up to date data. Why is IWM being singled out not to have real time data stream?

This is an authorizations issue with the new servers. Please contact support via phone, chat, or email and they can get this resolved for you (they will need your IQFeed userID).
