The following symbols keep coming up as invalid, yet they used to be valid as of several months ago. In addition, they are still listed in your online "symbol search" facility:

CL#
HO#
NG#
PN#
QRB#
@QO#
@QI#
@QC#
QHG#
HG#
PL#
PA#
GC#
SI#
CFN7

Con someone please tell me what's going on, and why I'm no longer able to track them. It used to be that I could track them, depending on which server I was connected to. I didn't think much of it at the time, attributing it to ticker farm upgrades you were doing.

Hello Lewcifer,

Without having your account information, I am not 100% sure, but what it sounds like is you are not authorized for delayed NYMEX and COMEX quotes. Back in September 2006, NYMEX and COMEX started charging $1.00 a month each for delayed quotes. Our servers were not fully compatible with authorizing this change, so you still continued to recieve these quotes for free until around July, when our first server farm was upgraded. That is when you were only able to get the quotes sometimes, depending on the server. Now that we have upgraded both server farms, you will no longer get those quotes without the delayed COMEX and NYMEX authorization. Please email support@iqfeed.net with your login id or account number if you would like to add these.

That was indeed the case... and delayed quotes for these markets have now been added.
