Not sure how or why, but Sep 2, I got delayed quotes even though I subscribe to real time. I confirmed subscription with DTNIQ CSR. After I stopped my app and restarted, I got real time again. E-mini SP & NAZ futures were affected, althought CBOT e-mini DOW was not. My data log shows the Delay field on this to confirm.

You are not alone. I've the same issue. The emini is delayed even though
I subscribed to real time data as you do. The problem happened to me on Sep. 3rd. |

Contact customer support first thing in the morning with your loginID as well as which softare you are using.

I'm not sure, but my hunch is that this is somehow related to what time I start the data feed. When I start it around 9:15 AM EST, the feed is real time. If I start it earlier, 8:30 AM or so, I get delayed.

I was able to replicate this morning, this time with DTNIQ software. I had never noticed before that "delay" is one of the available columns in Watchlist, so I moved that column into view.
I'm 99% sure it's not account specific, since I replicated on a second account. From around 8:30 EST to 8:45, I started DTNIQ, opened a watchlist, then closed DNTIQ, and repeated. The problem is intermittent, but about half the time, the delay column showed ES & NQ with 10 min delay. Around 8:45, I always get 0 (blank) in the delay column. |

you are most likely correct that it isn't an account problem, however, if you would provide your login ID we can look at our logs to determine what may be causing it. Please email customer support at support@iqfeed.net with your loginID (reference this forum post) so we can further trouble shoot it.

We have found a server feed error that ws causing this problem for some Quote Servers.
