Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I couldn't find a customer service thread. I sent an email request through on 5/21/08 to cancel my IQ feed account but I so far have not received an adequate response.

To assist you I have copied my email correspondence below with the earliest at the bottom.

Hi Owen,

The service you currently have will work with QuoteTracker only. Your cost if IQFeed Basic service is reduced from the normal $55/mo to $25/mo, but you're limited to use with QuoteTracker.

If you'd like to use ANY compatible software, including Sierra Chart, you'll need to upgrade your service to Full IQFeed Basic ($55/mo), which will mean a monthly increase of $30/mo.

Shall I do that for you?

I'm using IQ feed with Quotetracker. I'm trying SierraChart but IQ feed won't connect.
