my iqfeed (client 4.4.0.3) went down around 10:31am CT today and any further attempts to re-login is denied with the above message.

This should be resolved (it should have been resolved before your post). If you are still having problems, I would recommend contacting our support staff for help troubleshooting this.

This was caused by a network problem upstream from one of our datacenters (it was caused by incorrect hardware configurations on equipment that is not operated by DTN). Our network engineers are working with our ISP at that datacenter to minimize susceptibility to these problems in the future.
