"Everything is working great ! Very impressive client. The news refreshes better and is more pertinent than the ******* feed I paid $ 100/month for. I Also like the charts a lot." - Comment from Leon
"Everything is working amazing now. I'm already impressed with the true-tick feed of IQFeed and it's ability to support my 480 symbol layout." - Comment from Tyler via Email
"Boy, probably spent a thousand hours trying to get ******* API to work right. And now two hours to have something running with IQFeed. Hmmm, guess I was pretty stupid to fight rather than switch all this time. And have gotten more customer service from you guys already than total from them… in five years." - Comment from Jim
"Thanks for the great product and support. During this week of high volume trading, my QuoteTracker + IQ Feed setup never missed a beat. Also, thanks for your swiftness in responding to data issues. I was on ******* for a few years before I made the switch over early this year, and wish I had done it a long time ago." - Comment from Ken

Does anyone know why the volume has doubled? Is it a specific stock?

I'm watching total volumes for NASD Small Cap's, VIST.Z. Was running around 60,000 to 80,000 per day, now up in 140,000 range. Changed abruptly, not sure of the day. Did a stock become "hot", is there a possible error?

As far as I can tell, volume seems to be up across the markets. We have no way of knowing if a "hot stock" is the reason or not; unless there is a news story to that effect. MDS BW

I went back through my records:
Total Volume (VIMT.Z VIST.Z)
Date NMS Small Cap
Oct 14 1,513,470 95,164 It's been this way for way back.
Oct 15 1,574,340 78,342
Oct 18 1,377,660 143,340
Oct 19 1,560,970 142,970 It's been much the same since.

Over the weekend the Small Cap went up 64,998 and the NMS went down 196,660.
Maybe an active NMS stock got demoted to Small Cap.

No be deal, just seems a little odd. What's more, the Small Cap Trins bounce all over the place recently. Since I'm calculating them (trin) from the Up/Down Volumes and Issues, I am wondering if all is being counted OK.
