hiyas! :)


..i just noticed something & wondered:

the latest version of iqsetup2703.exe off the web-page is about 4.3mb
even tho a bit further down the page it says it oughta be about 7mb -
which it was back a few months ago when i first downloaded it, eh.

does it matter which version of the same file i run now - the original 7mb
or this newer 4mb??

Hi Lbfvt,

Version 2.7.0.3 is the current correcrt version to have. If you have not installed it yet, please do so as it is much smoother than the previous.

I'm not sure about the file size, I will check with our developers & have it loooked into.

..any luck?

just re-checked & still same 4mb file even tho referenced
as 7mb file later on page; there was a 7mb there previously, eh ;)?

The smaller size is a result of a change to the way IQFeed is installed (the DTN.IQ installer packages the IQFeed installer as well).

The website was never updated after the change was made. I have removed the reference that says it is ~7MB.
