DTN_Tim Walter -DTN Guru- Posts: 1238 Joined: Apr 25, 2006	Posted: Mar 7, 2014 05:47 AM Msg. 1 of 5 In accordance with a post I made recently, concerning us not processing dividends except in rare cases, I will be posting any dividends that we process historically to this thread. We will only process these dividends to the daily history. My goal is to provide a place for those that would like to see a listing of these and when they occured. Hopefully this will help those that need to track these anomalies in our system. Tim

DTN_Steve_S -DTN Guru- Posts: 2093 Joined: Nov 21, 2005	Posted: Aug 14, 2014 07:43 AM Msg. 4 of 5 We have made the adjustment based on Noble’s (NE) spinoff of Paragon on Aug 1. The split ratio we used was 310800 / 271534. This was derived by taking 1/3 of Paragon’s closing price on 8/1/14 and subtracting that from Noble’s closing price on 8/1/14, because each share of Noble entitled the shareholder to 1/3 share of Paragon.
