"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"You are either overstaffed or people just don't have problems with your feed because customer support always answers the phone quickly." - Comment from Jay via Email

"I've been using Neoticker RT with IQFeed for two months, and I'm very happy with both of the products (I've had IQFeed for two years with very few complaints). The service from both companies is exceptional." - Comment from Public Forum
"I started a trial a few weeks back before the market went wild. DTN.IQ didn’t miss anything and beat my other provider. I decided to stay with you because of the great service through all the volatility." - Comment from Mike
"I am enjoying the feed very much - so superior to the broker provided feed I was previously using." - Comment from George

It would be really great if you could provide a function in your software to export historical data to ascii or excel. At the moment it seems this is only possible with 3rd party software (which have limited functionality) in this aspect.

We currently provide the ability to export historical data into a CSV files (1) symbol at a time in our DTNiQ software. We also offer an API that can be utilized to write your own custom application with the desired functionality.

We may also suggest products like QCollector which many of our customers find to be quite feature rich for exporting our data.

It isn't out of the question that we will provide the requested functionality in the IQ Feed Core product in the future, however it isn't on our near term roadmap.

Please feel free to contact our Sales department in regards to DTNiQ or our custom API at sales@iqfeed.net or (800) 475-4755. We also have a Sales chat function from our website iqfeed.net

Don't get me wrong. QCollector is a great piece of software. The issue is that QCollector doesn't allow you to define the fields in the ascii file. The fields in the header are fixed.

I want to create a futures history file that includes the expiration date of the futures contract in the continuous back-adjusted history.
