Hello,
I'm trying to download historical data and after a while, my sw starts failing with the error "11582 Could not connect to History Socket".
It is not always on the same place, sometimes I get 7000 request, sometimes 13k. I'm trying to find historical options so therefore I have so many requests. I have multithread application with 15 threads.
In the IQConnectLog I can see: ..... Could you please advice what is the root cause of this error?
Thank you, Ondrej

Good morning,
I have seen this happen, but have not been able to track down the specifics to recreate it and resolve it. It is something we have discussed, but at this time, the best answer I have is to simply re-request when a socket error comes up. We are working on solutions currently that will improve this process I think and hopefully we will be able to discuss those enhancements soon.
