Hello,

I noticed before closing bell there was over 20 seconds delayed to my realtime datafeed subscription on US stocks yesterday on Thursday. Why is that ? Was it only me or was it on your side ? Does it occur more often when there is more volatility on a day like yesterday ?

There were no Delays on the IQ Feed Servers on 9/3/20.

You may have experienced an internet latency issue or packet loss on the internet somewhere between IQ Servers and the client installed on your machine.

Please contact us at support@iqfeed.net with your 6 digit IQ Login for directions on how to create a logfile that may help clarify this.

Andy, I checked my logs and didn't notice any delay for 9/3/2020. (Only monitoring EUREX.)
