Due to a problem receiving our direct Forex feed from FXCM, we have enabled your DTN Service for a trial of our Premium Forex service which will allow you to continue receive Forex data while FXCM works to resolve their issue. We are in communication with FXCM and anticipate resolution no later than the end of day Monday.

In order to utilize the trial of our Premium Forex service, you will need to modify the symbol you use to access Forex data. Our Premium Forex service has numerous contributors available, which are denoted by the suffix in the symbol (FXCM was .FXCM for example – USDCAD.FXCM). We suggest you utilize .COMP for the suffix (USDCAD.COMP) which will give you a composite view of quotes from multiple contributors, or .ABBA for the suffix (USDCAD.ABBA) which will give you an average of the bid and ask from multiple contributors.
