Hello everyone,

Taking the QQQ option expiring on April 29th as an example, with a strike price of 444, if I want to obtain the bid/ask prices and volume for the Call/Put of this contract for every 5 minutes between March 25th and March 30th, what should I do? I tried using the HIT command with the symbol QQQ2419D444, but the result came back as "Unauthorized user ID". I asked technical support, and they told me I don't need to subscribe to real-time options data to access historical data, which has left me quite confused.
