I am getting 10min delayed data for the symbols BRTI.X and ETHUSD_RTI.X - which package should I add in order to get real-time data?

These are both CME symbols, so you would need realtime CME, as described at https://www.iqfeed.net/index.cfm?displayaction=data§ion=fees
