I need to obtain the bid/ask prices and volume for the Call/Put of the QQQ option expiring on April 29th with a strike price of 444.
I want to gather this data for every 5 minutes between March 25th and March 30th. I attempted to use the HIT command with the symbol QQQ2419D444, but I received an "Unauthorized user ID" message.
Technical support informed me that I don't need to subscribe to real-time options data to access historical data, which has left me feeling confused.

Specific Query Example: For example, if you were using Alpha Vantage, you might use their options data endpoint to request the needed information. Ensure that the request parameters (symbol, date range, interval) are correctly specified.

"Unauthorized user ID" means "you have not subscribed to this exchange."

This is an equity option, so you would need to have both the "IQFeed RT US Futures and Futures Options" add-on and an OPRA data subscription.

Also, if you're looking for tick data during trading hours, this symbol will return none because it was last traded in April. Only the last 8 days of tick data are available during trading hours. Outside of trading hours, tick history is kept for 180 days.
