this command is producing the following error: HIT,@ESU11,60,20110827 135140,20110929 140000,,,,1,, error:Unauthorized user ID this one works: HIT,@ESU12,60,20120827 135140,20120929 140000,,,,1,, I have all the adequate authorizations. sorry this posted the in the data forum also, that can be deleted. thanks, jeff

First time I have seen this happen. I have all the appropriate authorizations, but most of my futures contracts are showing this error as I try to update my trading system. E,Unauthorized user ID., one example; HIT,QCLQ11,60,20110613 143000,20110711 143000,,,,1,, thanks
