This is the error message I get when I try to connect. I upgraded to 4.3, but still the same message. Why?

Michael,

This normally indicates something blocking your connection to our servers. Have you made any changes to your PC or network setup such as a new router? Have you done any microsoft updates or updates to firewall/virus scanning packages? That error essentially means your machine isn't connecting to our servers to allow you to login.

If you look in the IQFeed folder (Click Start --> All Programs --> IQFeed 4.3.0.3) you should have a diagnostics app there. Enter a symbol of MSFT in the "Test Equity" field then click Test. You can also click on the "Connectivity" tab and click on Ping Test. If you contact our support group with the information in the diagnostics, we should be able to get you running.
