Hi,
is there any symbol list? I need various futures from US and Eurex and have no idea where to find correct tiskers/symbols for continuous or specific contracts. Say I tried to open a windows in Ninja Trader with ES 12-09 as it is defined there and IQFeed told me that symbol is unknown. For example how do you mark forex symbols? EURUSD, or EUR/USD or $EURUSD or any other way?
Thank you very much in advance
N.

The full symbol search as well as a link to download a file with all symbols provided by IQFeed is available here: http://www.iqfeed.net/symbolguide/index.cfm?symbolguide=lookup&displayaction=support§ion=guide&web=iqfeed. The symbology for forex data depends upon the contributor you wish to receive data from. We have 2 packages for Forex data. Basic Forex includes Barclays (symbology BEURUSD) and FXCM (symbology EURUSD.FXCM). Premium Forex includes multiple additional contributors as well as composite symbols using a symbology such as EURUSD.COMP. You can find symbol format information at http://www.iqfeed.net/symbolguide/index.cfm?symbolguide=guide&displayaction=support§ion=guide&web=iqfeed
