Msg. 1 of 3
hi,
my computers are set up with my own IQFeed account. Tomorrow I need to run somebody else's account on 1 of my computers. However, I do not seem to be able to figure out how I can enter his username and password. The IQFeed connect window where I put my username and password pops up and disappears again so I can't enter another user account. I see in the registry where this information is stored but I guess there is a simple way to do this.
So, how do I set up for instance two quick launches so I can chose which IQFeed account I want to run,
thanks.

It sounds like your IQFeed client is current configured to "Auto Connect". What you want to do is turn that off so you are able to change the LoginID and PIN before it logs in. This is set in the registry, but there is an easier way to change the setting.
Once you log into IQFeed, right click on the IQFeed connection manager icon running in the system tray. Choose "Support" from the menu, then "Launch Diagnostics". On the top right corner of the IQFeed Diagnostics Utility is a checkbox that says "Auto Connect". Just uncheck that box and close the utility. The next time you login to IQFeed the login screen should stay open waiting for your input.
