Msg. 1 of 2
I experiencing difficulties with IQFeed T timestamp delays. There are large delays when comparing T timestamp messages to my local clock (which is frequently synced). Also streaming ticks timestamps are outdated too. This issue occur sometimes, at high market activity (I suspect). By "large" delay I mean anything over 30 secs, but I've seen as large as >2 min.
I check IQFeed diagnosing tool and there are "KB queued" always equal to 0. What could be the problem and how I can solve it?

If you can contact us at support@iqfeed.net with your login credentials we can check to see if your connection is keeping up. When a connection is not fast enough to handle the incoming data you could see this scenario occur. Also, there is a 8 MB buffer that Windows provides that is not visible when looking at KB queued, so even when KB queued reads 0, data could still be delayed internal to your machine, though this sounds more like the first.
