I signed up for a free trial for IQ FEED. I signed up because I am a 2000 tick trader, and CQG has switched over to the new CME protocol. So I want to continue using the old 2000 tick chart as long as possible.

I use Ninja Trader,, AMP is my broker, and I trade the ES.

I downloaded the IQ Feed software, and I received a user name and password from them.

I connected to IQ Feed on Ninja Trader. In the bottom left-hand corner, it says, Connected to IQ FEED.

But the 2000 tick chart is clearly a bundled data chart, almost exactly like CQG's 2000 tick chart.

So can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I get an error message when I open a chart while connected to IQ Feed. The error message says, "Error on loading chart data on Globex. E invalid symbol". I don't get this message when I open a chart when connected to CQG.

Good morning,

I just wanted to further confirm that we have not made any move towards bundling our data. I think everyone here in-house is completely aware of the negative effect this will have on our customers, so if something does not look right to anyone, please be sure to let us know so we can help. It may just be a configuration issue or something similar and we will do all we can to help resolve it for you.
