Hello, we will need more information to help with this (what logic you are using to determine a trade has occurred). Unfortunately I'm not finding an active API service on your account. If you are a registered developer, please send me a private message (or email developer support) with your registered productID and we can help you figure out what the issue is.

Unfortunately I cannot provide any support for you without a valid API service on your account. However, I am certain that with the help of dev support you can find the problem causing the issue in this thread and figure out how to resolve it. I would recommend chatting with one of our sales reps to make sure that IQFeed is the right DTN product for your needs and then make a decision from there.
