Today I monitored more than 150 disconnects (see file attached. Time is GMT +1).
It started at 6:06 pm (GMT +1) and still disconnects every 30 to 60 seconds.

Please check your Level3-line from frankfurt1.level3.net to denver1.level3.net.
Problem is there, not in the IQF software.

Please contact Level3 to check your line from frankfurt to denver.

Tracing it from frankfurt to denver usually pings < 100ms.

Todays it is > 250ms timing out 1 of 3 pings.

Hello, unfortunately problems within the Level 3 network are out of our control directly so I doubt there is anything we can do about it (that particular Denver hop is ~500 miles from our datacenters). However, I have forwarded this over to our network team anyway just in case there is a way they can report it to Level 3 and get more exposure to the issue.
