For context, in my application I have launched IQConnect.exe and connected to the Level1 socket (localhost, port 5009) and am now reading from the socket. For the record, I am trying to build an application in which I can retrieve tick-by-tick data for a given instrument. I'd like to also know how close I am to my goal. Thanks!

If you log into the api section of the website, at the bottom of the page, there is an email address there to contact development support. Can you send me your login information and I will check to see if there is anything going on that I can see from our end? I have a couple ideas, but I want to check what I can here first. Tim
