Hi,
I have a customer who's trying to run DTNIQ and my application at the same time, and they don't seem to like each other. I can get multiple instances of my app to connect via the same IQConnect (and so can he), but we can't get it to work with the DTNIQ app. Actually, we can't get DTNIQ and any other program to connect together, which is what made me wonder. I just wanted to ask and make sure that it's possible to do this before I try fooling around with code on my end...

Earik,
At this time, he will need to start DTN.IQ first, then your app should be able to connect to the IQconnect that is already running. He will still want to have IQFeed client installed though. This is something that will be corrected/changed in the next build of the DTN.IQ client. One thing to ensure for the customer is they will need to have a full DTN.IQ subscription to run the DTN.IQ client. An IQFeed subscription will not allow the use of the DTN.IQ software.
Feel free to contact developer support if you still have problems with this that may need to be looked at by our development staff as well.
Thanks

Hi Jay
You said
"An IQFeed subscription will now allow the use of the DTN.IQ software."
