Hi everybody,
I need to get tick-by-tick from a symbol like EURUSD. I can get this to MSFT but not from Forex. Why?

One of two reasons most likely. 1) you are not authorized for Forex data (you need to sign up for forex data at our website if this is the case). 2) You are not using a valid symbol. Depending upon which Forex source you subscribe to, you would need to put a H, B or T in front of the symbol that you entered.

Thanks for your reply,
1) I'm using this message: wTEURUSD. The "w" means the watch command; the "T" means the source Tullett; the "EURUSD" means the cross Euro US Dollar;
2) I payed $300/year to have the developer rights and I'm in the trial period. It means that I did not pay anything else;
What is my real problem? Shoud I have any serve like Level II access?

Rodrigo,
Contact our sales or support group and have them add the basic forex feed to your datafeed trial. That should take care of it.
