The developer agreement requires me "not to block" messages sent from DTN to subscribers per the spec. I may just be blind, but I can't find in the docs where the message spec is. :-)
"Messaging via Internet to Subscribers in cooperation with DTN per the Specification. DTN reserves the exclusive right to use this messaging capability for its own purposes and at DTN's sole discretion. The Developer's Software shall not block messages sent by DTN to Subscribers; doing so will be grounds for a breach of this Agreement and revocation of Developer's right to process DTN data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DTN shall not use the messaging capability for advertising purposes."

The messaging in today's version would include things like the login messages and exchange compliance notice on the login screen, as well as the stats information on the IQFeed Connection Manager. We don't have a true messaging system in place currently, but had thought about putting one in to notify about exchange notices, outages, billing, etc. Thus, we figured it was good to cover in the agreement for future use if needed.
