I am wondering why there is this recent surge in disconnect issues. No one seems to know why and it's a relatively new issue.

So it looks like this is caused by a version compatibility issue or a network problem at DTN.

Is this fixed yet? I have been talking to support for 3 weeks now and this issue is not resolved because no one knows what the problem is. Apparently others have the same problem I do. Support is trying to blame my internet connection even though it appears that they have been unable to send email out of their own brick and mortar work location. I'm at the point where i could spend another week or start looking for other options.
